FULL DELEGATES:
Full Delegates will be permitted to attend all General Session Seminars, Build-Smart Demonstrations and Exhibits. A box lunch is included on Thursday and Friday.

CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES:
The 21CBEC offers Continuing Education Courses through both the North Carolina Builder Institute and the NAHB University of Housing and Home Builders Institute. An additional fee is required for these exceptional courses.

EXPO FLOOR ONLY:
Ideal for those registrants who only wish to view the exhibits. Free if you pre-register before September 5, 2008 – a $25.00 value.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibitors can register booth personnel by clicking on the Exhibitor Service Center and entering their user name and password. Reminder… Free Expo Pass Postcards are available through the 21CBEC for your valuable clients. Be sure to request a supply of these from Expo Management.

CONFIRMATION:
Email confirmation of your on-line registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Registrations received via fax or mail should be received within two weeks. Please retain a copy of your confirmation for your records.

BADGES:
Your badge will appear exactly as you print or type your name ... please print clearly! Badges will be available at the Express Registration Desk onsite.

SUBSTITUTIONS AND "NO SHOWS":
Substitutions will be accepted prior to the Expo until August 29, 2008. After this date all substitutions must be made onsite at the 21CBEC Registration Desk. The 21st Century Building Expo & Conference does not accept responsibility for any "no shows".

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be made in writing to NC Home Builders Association, P. O. Box 99090, Raleigh, NC 27624. Cancellations must be made on or before September 5, 2008 in order to be eligible for a refund less a $25 processing fee per registration. No refunds will be made after September 5, 2008.
