The 21st Century Building Expo & Conference offers you the opportunity to interact one-on-one with builders throughout the Southeastern United States. As one of the most affordable builder tradeshows in the country, exhibitors can get the most return on their marketing investment by selecting the 21CBEC. Did you know live meetings actually save time and money and result in a more effective exchange of ideas?

Rates
Booths are $20/s.f. with a minimum of 100 s.f. Most booths on our virtual floor plan are 10 x 10, with a few exceptions, but any booth can be combined for larger square footage.

Rates go up after May 31, 2012.

Rates include five (5) personnel badges for every 100 s.f.

Terms
Deposit for the booth must be received within fourteen (14) days of receiving contract or the booth will be released. Any contract received after May 31, 2012 must have full payment within fourteen (14) days.

Tables/Chair Booth package: One 6' table + two chairs–$140
Electricity $65 early bird
Lead Retrieval $255–$275
Freight $73.25 cwt
The Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC, is a right-to-work facility, union labor usage is not a requirement.
